I’m an Electronic Engineer with a Master in Mobile Communications and a Postgraduate in Audiovisual Interactivity. I reinvented myself as an Innovation Strategist and Service/Business Designer through hands-on learning activities, becoming a practitioner with expertise in uncertainty, prototyping, and iteration processes.

I like to say I’m on a personal mission to preserve our humanity, keeping our curiosity, creativity, and emotions alive. I care about people and firmly believe that without people, innovation can’t happen.

Emotional Intelligence

One of my best qualities is the ability to empathize with people. I know how to listen and make them feel comfortable. I can read body language and use it to manage different personality types in a mixed group of work, interview, or co-creation.

Critical Thinking

I like to challenge arguments and analyze the evidence. Detect logical connections between insights and use this information to solve problems and identify opportunities. Having a healthy questioning attitude help to evolve smartly during any (innovation) process.

Maker mindset

As an engineer, I believe in the power of making things tangible (prototypes) and bringing this empowerment to the team. Being curious and empirical has always helped me to move forward in any project.

Dynamic speaker

I studied Radio Broadcasting for two years, after that I had a live talk show on a local radio station for three years. That experience helped me in storytelling, improvisation, interview, and oratory skills. I’m comfortable talking in public and bringing energy to the audience.
