Every year, the digital team has a special workshop during the kick-off meeting. The main goal of the 2016 workshop -called “Digital Mindsets”- is that everyone knows how they can embody the new 8 culture mindsets of the company into their everyday job.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Define a 3-hour session for the SAP digital team (more than 90 participants)
  • Prepare tailor-made dynamics and canvases, that allow the attendees to embody the new 8 culture mindsets of the company into their everyday job
  • Facilitate the dynamics keeping the energy up!
